You & Your Content
When you contacted us for a website. You give permissions which are stated below :
By using our services, you give permission us to create and maintain domain and hosting account behalf of you by using the information you provide us.
By using our services, you agree to give permission us to create, maintain, edit, delete and other actions required on your domain and hosting account behalf of you to keep the Service working for you.
By using our services, you agree that all of your information are legally correct and you are responsible for any liabilities of your website.
We reserve the right to remove Content on your website and/or cancel your account anytime that violates our Privacy Policy or these Terms or that we otherwise reasonably believe may create liability for BitPops.
By using our services, you agree that all the content created behalf of you which means BitPops and Doga Ozkaracaabatlioglu cannot be held responsible for any requested content created on the website. In short, if you contacted us to add a content to your website, and if it's somehow illegal, we are not responsible.
By using our services, Because of the reason that we will host your website on Ehost, you also agree to eHost Terms of Use and eHost Privacy Policy for your website.
Our Content
This Site, BitPops Content Management System and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BitPops and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Account Eligibilty
By registering for or using the Services, you represent and warrant that: You are eighteen (18) years of age or older. The Services are intended solely for Users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Any registration, use of or access to the Services, by anyone under eighteen (18) is unauthorized and is a violation of this Agreement.
If you use the Services on behalf of another party you agree that you are authorized to bind such other party to this Agreement and to act on such other party’s behalf with respect to any actions you take in connection with the Services. It is your responsibility to provide accurate, current, and complete information on the registration forms, including an email address that is different from the domain you are signing up under. If there is ever an abuse issue or we need to contact you, we will use the primary email address we have on file. It is your responsibility to ensure that the contact information for your account, correct and complete at all times. BitPops is not responsible for any lapse in the Services, including without limitation any lapsed registrations, due to outdated contact information being associated with Website Owner's BitPops account. If you need to verify or change your contact information, please contact us via email or update your contact information through the BitPops Account Details Page. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. In certain cases, you may be required to provide government issued identification and possibly a scan of the credit card used for verification purposes. Failure to provide the information requested may result in your order being denied.
Indemnification
BitPops as Content Management Software only provides such user interface for creating/editing/sharing content. All the content of websites are kept in Website's Own Database which is different from where BitPops Databases are stored. BitPops cannot be held responsible for actions with bad behavior such actions are but not limited to "Copyright infringement", "Violating laws". BitPops reserves the right, to terminate any account at any time with or without explanation (such as if bad behavior affects and/or conflicts with BitPops and it's services). To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BitPops from and against all damages, losses and expenses of any kind (including without limitation reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of or related to:
(a) your breach of this Agreement
(b) your User Content, Your Sites and Your eCommerce
(c) any claims from your End Users
(d) your violation of any law or regulation or the rights of any third party.
Software
As a BitPops account owner, you agree not to misuse the Services or help anyone else do so.
For example, you can't do any of the following in connection with the Services:
Don’t probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any system or network.
Don’t breach or otherwise bypass any security or authentication measures.
Don’t access, tamper with or use nonpublic areas or parts of the Services, or shared areas of the Services you haven't been invited to.
Don’t interfere with or disrupt any user, host or network (whether it’s BitPops’s or someone else’s), for example by distributing malware or overloading, flooding or mail-bombing any part of the Services.
Don’t take apart, decompile or reverse engineer any part of the Services in an effort to access things such as source code or algorithms.
Don’t access, search or create accounts for the Services by any means other than our publicly supported interfaces (for example, scraping, spidering or crawling).
Don’t provide your password to any other person, use any other person’s username and password, or otherwise manage the Services through shared credentials.
